Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued for approved returns.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
